- Emily Spa offers free US & International shipping to all countries. All items ship from the US within 1 business day of placing order. Estimated delivery time within the US is 2-5 business days; 6-10 business days to CA; 8-16 business days to AU & UK; and 10-30 days all other countries outside the US. All items ship via the USPS either First Class or Priority. If you would like to upgrade to Express Mail International (3-5 business days for most countries), please contact us for the additional fee. You may also ship Airmail for next day delivery if needed.

- Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. EMILY SPA is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

- Return Policy
- Returns are accepted and refunds granted on any and all items that are sealed and have not been opened or used within 2 weeks of delivery date. All returned items must be in original condition. All returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please return items with tracking or delivery confirmation to ensure delivery. Thank you.
